SMS Program Terms - TriggerPage

These SMS Program Terms explain the terms for receiving text messages from TriggerPage (“TriggerPage,” “we,” “us”) when you opt in to receive SMS/text messages.

TriggerPage SMS Program sends text messages related to inquiries, appointment scheduling, service updates, and customer support.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from TriggerPage related to your inquiry, appointments, service updates, and customer support.

1) What messages you may receive

If you opt in, you may receive text messages related to:

Responding to your inquiry or request
Appointment scheduling and reminders
Service updates and follow-ups
Customer support and account communications
Occasional promotional messages only if you separately opt in to marketing

We do not text people who have not opted in.

2) How you opt in

You opt in by taking an affirmative action such as:

Checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox on a form, and/or
Responding “YES” (or equivalent) when asked by a chatbot or automated assistant

If you do not opt in, we won’t send you SMS messages, but you may still contact us by phone or email.

3) Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.

4) Help and opt-out instructions

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP.

After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

5) Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6) Consent is not a condition of purchase (marketing texts)

If you choose to opt in to marketing/promotional text messages, your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You can still receive non-marketing service or support text messages if you opt in to those separately.

7) Mobile information handling (important)

Mobile information, including your phone number and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share mobile information with vendors only as necessary to deliver text messages and support compliance, such as SMS delivery providers and consent-logging systems. These vendors are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing purposes.
