Interpretive Panel

Every number in that calculator represents a decision point in your customer acquisition machine. Here’s what they actually mean — in the order they happen.

Attention Spend
Your ammunition budget
The money you’re putting into Google, Facebook, or wherever you’re buying attention. This is what loads the gun. More spend means more shots fired — but only if you’re actually aiming.
Cost Per Click
Price per shot fired
Every click costs you whether they hire you or not. You’re paying for the shot, not the kill. In competitive markets, this number decides who can afford to play and who’s burning cash.
Raised Hands
People who responded
They filled out a form, sent a message, made a call. Out of everyone who saw your page, these are the ones who said “I’m interested.” This is where most businesses leak money — bad pages lose half their traffic right here.
Lead Conversion %
Your page’s accuracy rate
What percentage of visitors actually engaged. Industry average is 2–3%. A TriggerPage runs 5–8%. That difference isn’t marketing fluff — it’s double the leads from the same ad spend. This is the number we optimize for.
Sales Conversion %
How many leads you actually close
Jessica answers in 5 seconds and books the appointment. After that, it’s your show — how fast you respond, how you present, whether they trust you. The page gets them to raise their hand. You get them to shake it.
Handshakes
Deals closed. Checks written.
The lead became a customer. They signed the contract, approved the estimate, committed to the job. This is the only metric that matters. Everything upstream exists to produce more of these.
Profit Per Handshake
What each customer is worth to you
Your average job value after materials and labor. This number controls everything. Double it and your entire acquisition strategy changes. Too many businesses chase volume when they should be raising this.
CAC
What you paid to win one customer
Customer Acquisition Cost. Ad spend divided by handshakes. If you spent $3,000 and closed 5 jobs, each customer cost you $600. Know this number cold. If it’s higher than your profit per job, you’re out of business.
ROAS
How hard your ad dollars worked
Return On Ad Spend. A 3x ROAS means every dollar you invested came back as three. Below 2x and something’s broken. Above 5x and you’ve got a machine worth scaling. This tells you whether to feed it or fix it.
