Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: February 9, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for purchases made through TriggerPage / TriggerPortal (“TriggerPage,” “we,” “us”). If there is a conflict between this page and a written agreement or plan description shown at checkout, the checkout terms (or written agreement) control.

1) Subscriptions and recurring billing

Some Services are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually). When you start a subscription, you authorize TriggerPage (and our payment providers) to charge your payment method for the subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any add-ons you select.

2) How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by using the cancellation controls inside your TriggerPortal account (if available) or by contacting us at support@triggerpage.com.

Important: Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period, unless a specific plan or written agreement states otherwise.

3) Refund policy (general rule)

Unless a plan at checkout or a written agreement specifically provides a refund right, all fees are non-refundable once charged. This includes (without limitation):

  • Subscription fees already paid for the current billing period
  • Setup, deployment, onboarding, or implementation fees
  • Usage-based charges already incurred
  • Professional services or time blocks already delivered

4) Plan changes and downgrades

If you change plans (upgrade or downgrade), your change may take effect immediately or at the next renewal, depending on the plan rules shown in the portal/checkout. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for downgrades.

5) Failed payments and account status

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may retry the payment method and/or suspend access to paid features until the balance is resolved. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation or termination.

6) Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any billing concerns quickly: support@triggerpage.com.

7) Taxes

You are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Taxes (if charged) are generally non-refundable.
