Privacy starts with you (not fine print)
A Privacy Policy is a disclosure and a legal commitment about how we handle information. It’s not a magic shield that stops tracking by itself. If you’re truly concerned about online tracking, your first line of defense is your browser and device settings (cookie controls, tracker blocking, permissions, and ad settings).

Now—here’s our policy.
1) Who we are
TriggerPage (“we,” “us”) operates TriggerPage.com and TriggerPortal.com (the “Services”).

2) What we do (and why tracking is part of it)
TriggerPage is built to help businesses capture demand, measure performance, improve customer service, and follow up fast. That requires analytics, conversion tracking, and (when enabled) retargeting.
If you do not want this kind of measurement and marketing technology involved, this service is likely not a fit for you.
3) Information we collect
A) Information you provide
- Name, email, phone number, business name (if provided)
- Messages and content sent via forms, chat, SMS, social messaging, or calls
- Appointment and intake details you submit
- TriggerPortal account and profile information
- Purchase and billing information (transactions are processed through payment providers)
B) Information we collect automatically (tracking + technical data)
- IP address, device/browser info, approximate location, and identifiers
- Pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, form interactions, conversions, and referral sources
- Cookies/pixels/tags and similar technologies
4) Tools we use (analytics, ads, and session analytics)
We may use technologies such as:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads conversion tracking / remarketing tags
- Microsoft session analytics tools (e.g., Clarity) if/when enabled
These tools help us understand what works, reduce friction, attribute outcomes, and retarget interested visitors.
Cookie controls: We use a cookie banner and controls. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy: https://triggerpage.com/cookie-policy
5) Call recording and transcripts (voice receptionist)
Calls handled by our voice receptionist may be recorded and transcribed for quality, routing, summaries, compliance, and follow-up. Recordings/transcripts may be stored in the Services and made available in the portal to authorized users.
6) Payments
Purchases in TriggerPortal are processed by our payment providers. We receive transaction confirmations and related details, but we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
7) How we use information
- Provide and operate the Services (including support and portal access)
- Route and manage conversations and leads
- Improve customer experience and service quality
- Measure performance and conversions
- Deliver and measure advertising, including retargeting
- Prevent fraud/abuse and protect security
- Maintain compliance records (including consent logs)
8) How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Services:
- Service providers (hosting, security, communications, analytics, payments) processing data on our behalf
- Advertising/analytics partners for measurement and retargeting (typically via online identifiers and event data)
- Legal/security disclosures when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety
We do not sell personal information for money.
9) SMS/Text Messaging and mobile information
We text only:
- Prospects who initiate a conversation and then explicitly opt in, and/or
- Existing contacts/customers who have already opted in
When you opt in:
- Message frequency varies
- Message & data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time (you may receive one final confirmation message)
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@triggerpage.com
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
We may share mobile information with vendors only as necessary to deliver messaging services and support compliance
